9.0 Registration/Clearance at the Faculty
Once admission has been secured, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee. This will enable them generate an admission slip from the university portal and thereafter proceed to the faculty for manual and online clearance (checking of credentials). This process avails the candidates the opportunity to obtain a matriculation number and provisional clearance after paying all the necessary fees. Candidates should submit all the documents at the faculty for onward movement to Registry (Admissions) where full clearance would be issued. Direct entry candidates should immediately arrange for a copy of their transcript to be forwarded to the Admissions office for verification before they are granted full clearance.

10.0 Withdrawal/Deferment and Re-admission
A student may withdraw/defer his/her admission for several reasons after registration in the faculty and paying all the necessary fees. Such students should apply to the Dean of Students Affairs for withdrawal/deferment of admission and obtain approval document, which he/she must attach to his/her request for re-admission to the Registrar at the proper time.
